Namkeen Lassi or Masala Chaas is a spiced yogurt based drink and very popular in summers due to its refreshing and soothing flavors. Unlike plain Chaas, this Namkeen Lassi has a thick consistency and is flavored with black salt, cumin seeds powder, ginger, green chilly, mint leaves and a pinch of paprika.
Definitely all these ingredients make it filling, robust and an easy one to go with meals.
